Description
For about several weeks I'm trying to solve an account issue via info_de@… and profilehelp_ww@… and the latter has now forwarded me to https://www.virtualbox.org/newticket .
The issue began after I updated my email address of my Oracle account from sworddragon2@… to sworddragon2@… and tried to login into my VirtualBox account ( https://www.virtualbox.org ). I got asked to choose a username as a protection to hide the email address and tried to choose Sworddragon but since this username was already in use I choosed Sworddragon2 instead. But then I noticed something was wrong as I did for example not find any of my existing tickets. Investigating a bit into it resulted that the account Sworddragon was already my account and instead of loging into it (which did work previously) a new one got created instead.
To solve the issue the account Sworddragon needs to get merged to my Oracle account and the account Sworddragon2 needs to get deleted.

This is not a VirtualBox bug, therefore there should be no need to keep on banging on the bugtracker's drum here. You most probably need to talk to the Oracle admins about the OSSO procedure.
And no, there will never be a GDPR issue if the user neglects to change their personal data, don't be afraid... :)

Obviously not, but even different departments of the Oracle-Support did not even know what else to do after a month full of conversations and forwarded me to here (as told in the startpost).

Technically I can't neglect updating my personal data if access to my account is being refused (for a too long time) via an unresolved issue.

Can you point me to how to contact them? Apparently neither of me and the Oracle-Support was able to figure this out in the past.
Around 4 months are now already gone since I claimed initially about this issue with a good chunk of conversations back and forth. So here is a reminder that the issue still exists.
Also as a note the inaccessibility of my account prevents me to correct my personal data and passively refusing to solve the issue might be a GDPR violation.
