mouse doesn't work in new version

Description
Hello When I use a [java] robot to do something repetitive for me, mouse doesn't work when I'm not in virtual machine. sometimes I need to do something like that and I open few virtual machine in same time, but in new version it doesn't work anymore. also sometimes, when I focus on virtual machine, right click occurs automatically and it bothers me. both of them don't exist in previous versions.

Version 6.0.6_Debian r129722 I just installed it from repository and it was newest version.
