As you can see, when I attach disks to SCSI controller, I can never use the 7th one: [2:0:7:0]. My OS is oracle linux 7.6
That might be due to an outdated version, or you are using a 32-bit version of Ubuntu Linux 7.6. If it is outdated, install VirtualBox 6 now. Good luck.
