It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums, a lot more eyes there. More than 95% of the issues are resolved in the forums, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".

Plus a discussion and analysis on the bug tracker is going to help me, you, and potentially a future drive-by user or two. Not so in the forums, many more tend to benefit...

Now, according to your log:

00:00:06.345246 Host RAM: 3920MB (3.8GB) total, 695MB available
00:00:07.537527 RamSize <integer> = 0x000000006a400000 (1 782 579 200, 1 700 MB)
00:00:07.537993 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000001200000 (18 874 368, 18 MB)

You are assigning memory to your guest, that you do not have available. The host is going to run low on resources. Either close some applications on the host, buy more RAM for the host, or reduce the amount of RAM assigned to the guest.

On the other hand, the amount of VRAM that you have assigned is too low for today's graphical based OSes. Increase that to 32, 64 or even 128 MB of VRAM.

I believe this ticket can be closed as [Invalid].
