VirtualBox-6.0-6.0.10_132072_fedora29-1.x86_64 doesn't build kernel modules

Description
VirtualBox-6.0-6.0.8_130520_fedora29-1.x86_64 works on fedora 30, but VirtualBox-6.0-6.0.10_132072_fedora29-1.x86_64 simply doesn't build kernel modules, i.e. vboxdrv, etc.
