VirtualBox 6.0.10/11 doesn´t start any VM

Description
Hello, VirtualBox doesn´t start any VM. Also I can´t create any new VM.
Trying to start or create a VM shows the following error message:
Für die virtuelle Maschine Windows 10 konnte keine neue Sitzung eröffnet werden.
Call to WHvSetupPartition failed: ERROR_SUCCESS (Last=0xc000000d/87) (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums, a lot more eyes there. More than 95% of the issues are resolved in the forums, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
If you search the webs for VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED you're going to find that it's because Hyper-V is activated. Please go thoroughly through the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
