Allow to click anywhere in value sliders and move slider to click position

Description
Host: Elementary OS Juno
When creating a new VM, while choosing the RAM size, I wanted to click in the middel of the value slider to get a quite a lot of memory allocated for the new VM (my host has ~ 32GB). But when clicking in the bar, the slider did not move. I had to move the cursore over the slider element and drag it to the position.

This is working for me as well on Linux Mint Mate 19. Please note that on Linuxes at lest Qt reponds differently to left/middle single click on sliders.

Seriously now, I tried what you're suggesting on my 10.11.6 OSX host and it works as you're describing it. It fails though on my Win10-64 1903 and on my Mint19-64. I guess it's a Qt, platform-specific behavior/bug...
