Guest VM with Windows 10 64 bit Pro 1903 is resetting with no reason

Another Vm when using for development Delphi XE10.3.1 reset when start debugging

Virtual Box 6.1.10 started to reset after I updated Guest and host computer with latest 1903 version of windows 10 pro 64 bit.
