Virtual hard disk UI often discards decimal point

Description

When specifying values such as "1.95 GB", the virtual hard disk UI tends to silently drops the period, resulting in "195 GB".

Confirmed on a 10.11.6 OSX, a Mint19-64, and a Win10-64, i.e. practically every host:

  1. If I edit the control value in place, not replacing the whole thing, but editing only the integer or only the decimal, the values are accepted with the decimal point, be it period or comma.
  1. Selecting (or deleting) the whole string, including the unit (MB/GB), the values are accepted with the decimal point, be it period or comma.
  1. The only way that this fails is if you select only the alphanumeric value and try to replace that.
