VirtualBox manager sometimes crashes on start

Description
I can't determine repeatable conditions, but sometimes VirtualBox.exe crashes on start. It's a normal install of the latest release (6.0.12) on Windows 10 x64 1903. It always crashes in Qt5GuiVBox.dll, but the exception differs, sometimes it's 0xc0000005, sometimes it's 0xc000041d. Offset is always 0x00000000001e384e.
I'm not using VB that often nowadays, but I haven't seen any crashes when running VMs yet, only on start of the manager GUI.

Same behavior on multiple versions of Window and Virtual Box. The program crashes at startup, sometimes several times in a row. Patterns are not revealed.
