Description
I upgrade my linux host, the kernel upgraded from linux-5.1.16 to 5.3.12. I started VirtualBox and resumed my windows guest. I started typing in a browser window, and the guest stopped responding. I saved the guest state and restarted, and got a windows bluescreen.
I restarted the VM, and the guest froze after login. I restarted the VM, and again the guest froze.
I rebooted the host reverting back to linux 5.1.16. I started my VM and have not had any issues since.

I've upgraded to linux 5.4.14 and still observed the same issue. However, it only occurs when the Linux host is on wireless.
I do not observe the guest freezing if I'm on ethernet.
Adapter 1 is bridged to eth0.
Adapter 2 is attached to NAT.
