I can confirm: Vivaldi freezes completely on all Linux guests if VMSVGA and enabled 3D acceleration.
VirtualBox 6.1.2 r135662 | Host: Windows 10 Pro 1909 | guests: Debian 10, Mint 19, Ubuntu 18+19

See TracTickets

Some additional information: My host is win10 and my guest is OSGEOlive (ubuntu 18). From another Vivaldi user: Host win10, guest Ubuntu 19 or Debian 10.2. Here, Vivaldi does not launch at all and has to be started with "vivaldi --disable-gpu", on my setup, it launches but the entire VM freezes shortly after.
