Remove, and delete files of the VMs will close the Virtualbox

Description
I just upgraded the application to 6.1.4.r136177(Qt5.6.2), the first thing I did to remove old VMs which was migrated from the old version.
I have around 7 VMs and deleted them one by one and to be specific , the problem occurred only when I removed and deleted files of Linux OS.

how did you removed and deleted the files of the VMs and the VMs itself? Where these files accociated with active configured or even running VMs?
MOre info would help us to reproduce the issue.
