VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter DHCP settings proper apply need restart of VB

Description
Changing DHCP properties of VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter (Ctrl+H) need restart of the whole VB to be applied properly. If not, settings VB was started with are applied (whatsoever user changes them), after just guest is restarted.
It should work in other way: user stops guest, changes DHCP properties of VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter (Ctrl+H), starts guest and changes are properly applied.
Now it needs to stop all guests, main window of VB should be closed, VB should be started again.

There is another way - to restart the VirtualBox Host-Only Network Adapter from Networks, then there is no need to rerun whole VB.

No, now I got situation, when both were needed - restart of the VirtualBox Host-Only Network Adapter from Networks and rerun whole VB.

Best approach would be, that user needs just to restart dhcp-client service on guest side, not restarting guest itself.
The same problem for VB 6.0.18 https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/19424
