Can't show Top Menu bar in Windows XP

Description ¶
My rig: MacBookPro 15-inch (early 2012) MacOs 10.14.6 (Mojave) 16gb ram Virtual Box 6.1.4 Installed Windows XP. I want to install XP Guest Additions, but the desktop menu at top is not visible.
