VirtualBoxVM crash, rtR3WinUnhandledXcptFilter caught an exception

Description
At time VirtualBoxVM.exe crashes with a pop-up, "The instruction at '0xXX' referenced memory at '0xXX'. The memory could not be read.
And this issue can be easily reproduced if I use Google chrome within VM.
Vbox is installed in Window 10 & Ubuntu 18.04 is installed Vbox.
Hereby I'm attaching the log file as well.
