Description
My name is Juan, I was diredted here by the Oracle support team, and told me to create a ticket in this site. The issue is concerning a reset of my password of my Oracle dashboard account jclevien@…, not this one that I am now logged in.
The objective is to enter again for suspending the Cloud VirtualBox service, and prevent the monthly charge of my credit card.
