Hello,
I'm using gns3 VM, which launches QEMU VMs, inside virtualbox 6.1.12 (this bugtracker is still missing that version). Today, I got a VINF_EM_TRIPLE_FAULT
I'll attach VBox.log

I got another similar crash. This time I'm using VirtualBox VM 6.1.19 r143492 linux.amd64 (Mar 24 2021 17:41:40) because of bug #20277.
It happened at the same time a nested VM crashed and reloaded.
The logs, including addresses are mostly equal from the previous log. Anyway, I'll send the new file.

Please check if your issue is solved by VirtualBox 6.1.20 and report back.
