Any types of VM cannot be started by hardenedwinrespawn

Description
I was trying to create vms on my machine, I also enabled virtualization through bios, installed hyper-v (Just in case) on windows 10 home and also I did modified the owner of every hardrive to be my user, it seems it has problem with permission but i used administrator mode and gave all the acording permissions.

I got the same problem on 6.1.15., tried uninstall, reinstall, delete in registry, manuall install .inf file, dev version. Same problem remained, error loading the driver. Solved it in the end by uninstall, reboot and installed 6.1.14. After that I installed 6.1.15 again, then it failed so had to go back to 6.1.14. I see that you have problems with 6.1.14, so solution is maybe to downgrade and then upgrade again ?
