windows 10 1909 host with windows 10 2004 guest - guestaddition installed - 3d enabled fails

Description
hi, So everything worked just fine until my guest windows 10 upgraded from 1909 to 2004 Immediately 3D failed, so I had to disable it. I tried to reinstall guest addition, did not work, I updated the nvidia driver just in case to the latest 457 version. If I disable 3D all is fine, if I enable it I get this:
- windows hangs on black screen after the windows logo
- after 2 min it starts but with low resolution and I can only change to a max of 1600xsomething
- after some minutes it crashes with a memory read fail
Please help me identify what is wrong
At first I had the transparency problem and I fix that by disabling the transparency on the guest windows Hiper-v is disabled on windows host
