Description
Downloaded Quake I demo from the iD website. Attempted to run the install. Lock up and hard crash of VM, and the UI where the list of VMs is. Many left over vbox processes locked in the system monitor until I killed them. Tried it a few times, same result every time.

VBox 1.6.6 log of running Quake installer (with attempt to shutdown via vboxmanage at the end)

Also tried to install Quake DOS demo under WinXP Guest with VBox 2.0.2 using a Debian Edge host. IMO this is not really a bug of VBox but a problem of the installer. At the time the installer was written most people used DOS and Win9X was not often used. A physical machine running WinXP also "crashes" when starting the installer. It´s reported that an error occured in the 16 Bit MS-DOS Subsystem.
Not shure if VBox should completely crash here but it´s not really a bug per se.

Reproduced using VirtualBox 1.6.6 and quake106.zip (Host & Guest WinXP SP2 Pro):
After choosing which drive to install Quake to (and before prompt is shown for chosing target directory) the VirtualBox.exe process hangs (with 100% CPU usage). At this point it is not possible to shut down the VM using e.g. "vboxmanage controlvm VMNAME poweroff".
