The error message appear when the virual machine shut down

Description
It always show error message "The instruction at 0x00007FFE199F9B2C referenced memory. The memory could not be written." I try to reinstall the application, but didn't work. I use portable usb to store most of vm and ISO files. I think it wouldn't a problem for the vm, but I am not sure what happened. I hope your teams can look at this problem, I would very appreciate if you could solve this problem I currently facing with. Thank you and have a great day
