I am trying to download the files under development snapshots and the result is a message such as this one:
Not Found
The requested URL /download/testcase/VirtualBox-6.1.97-142300-Win.exe was not found.

Yes, the development snapshots are currently not updated for technical reasons (need to resolve some signing issues before we can sensibly provide new ones). The referenced old builds (created 4 months ago) have been automatically deleted because they were considered too old. It's not really worth running them any more.
That said, the same builds are available again. They will disappear in 6 weeks because that's the deadline for our cleanup script considering builds 'too old'.
