Virtualbox 1.6.4 on windows crashes with either ubuntu 8.04 or parted magic 3.0

Description
Someone else said it crashes on ubuntu 8.04 I have no knowledge of whether it does or not.
I have tried to load parted magic on virtualbox 1.6.4 running on windows. It loads grub, but then after you attempt to load parted magic, it will crash very quickly if you select failsafe options. You can see why it crashes because it says kernel: BUG something or other.

Well it looks like this bug is now fixed. I've tried parted magic 3.1 and ubuntu 8.04 and both work fine now. Great work virtualbox team!

I confirm this bug
I have Kubuntu 8.04 (64bit) and Virtualbox 1.6.6 (64bit) and when I create linux 2.6 VM and boot Parted Magic 3.0, VM crashes on kernel booting. I attach logs from VM.
