Installer must be able to update VBoxSDS windows service entry

Description
When VBoxSDS erxists in windows service list, installer fails.
It's not so hard to invoke "sc delete VBoxSDS" command, report to user(write log entry) if necessary and successfully proceed. As it happens after manual "sc delete".
In case there was a failure with loss of previously installed files, simple over-[writing-existent-system-entries-]installation - the most obvious and easy solution - becomes troublesome and painful.
