Error loading VMs after updte on windows host

I upgraded recently my VB host additions on my windows 10 host No problem just before the update, after (VB 6.1.28) my old VM (linux ubuntu) cannot be opened.

Tried to disable PAE/NX & rebooting host system but it does not changes anything to the problem
