amd network card not working in win31 under 2.0.0

Existing w31 setup doesn't recognise amd network card after installation of 2.0.0. I've recreated vm from scratch using only disk image from 1.6.4, but with no results. DOS ODI pcntnw.com runs succesfully and detects board. vm log shows periodically:
PCNet#0: Init: ss32=1 GCRDRA=0x0001c240[4] GCTDRA=0x0001c280[2] (CSR0_MISS disabled)
Under win31 log doesn't shows this lines at all.

Here's 2 logs from different versions running same disk image. 1.6.6 and below works fine, 2.0.0 not. In 2.0.0 vm recreated from scratch.

Reopen if still an issue with a recent release of VirtualBox.

Are you sure that the same disk image worked fine with VirtualBox 1.6.4? Please could you attach the complete VBox.log file?
