OVA import from Windows Explorer (file manager) does not enable Import button

Description
Cheers, got an UI bug in Windows edition with 6.1.30, I think it behaved differently with earlier releases: if I take an OVA file from Explorer and double-click it, VB UI opens and shows info from that OVA, but the Import button stays gray.
Now I have to go to file selector on the left and pick the same OVA and then I can Import it. This kinda defeats the purpose of double-clicking ;)
IIRC with earlier 6.1.x versions the import window layout looked different, but import via integration with Explorer "just worked".
