Windows Vista Ultimate 64 Bit Guest Additions not working

Description
I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64 Bit and I wanted to install Guest Additions so I can use Windows Aero Theme but I get an error when installing Guest Additions. The error says Error excuting (Yes spelled exactly like dat) C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox Guest Additions\VboxDrvInst.exe And I allowed whatever prompt I got.

Well, I tried the older versions of VB GA and down to 5.1.38 it is finally working - installs. Do not choose Direct3D (or system will BSOD) , and install in safe mode. Does not support Aero this way though.

Also met that.There is a similar problem installing additions on Windows XP but that can be solved by disabling the network connection,but in Windows Vista the way doesn't work.
