Host+Home main menu invisible -> Fixed in 2.1.2

In Full Screen mode, Host+Home does not display V.B. main menu bar as dialog said, but only Machine menu as popup. Once I saw a Machine / Devices / Help popup, after return from Full Screen to Window. Saw it again in Full Screen. But in most cases the Machine / Devices / Help popup is there (reacts on mouse click if you know where) but invisible.

I didn't understand your problem here. If you press HOST+HOME you get the menu of the currently running virtual machine. This works both in seamless & fullscreen.

I have a similar problem, I recently switch to full Screen however the Ctrl + Home (HOST + HOME) does not bring the menu back.

The "Machine" menu pops up, but the main menu (having the 3 entries Machine / Devices / Help is INVISIBLE. The INVISIBILITY is the problem. And the minor wording issue: a popup is no menu bar.

I confirm this too, and I confirm this only happens in windows hosts. I didn't even know it was there "invisible", I thought it only displayed the machine submenu. It is a pretty annoying bug, I hope they fix it soon.

I confirm the bug, tough I found a way to reliably show the full menu:

1) Press Host-Home -> the Machine menu comes up

2) Press Esc -> the menu disappear

3) Click inside the virtual machine

4) Press Host-Home again -> this time the main menu appear!

I hope this problem will be solved soon because accessing the Devices menu this way is quite annoying.

This was indeed a bug on Windows. Should be fixed in 2.1.2. Please reopen if necessary.
