No Ethernet Ubuntu/Windows guest after computer wake host from sleep

Description
Problem
- Broken Ethernet TX/RX in Ubuntu/Windows guest after computer wake from sleep.
- Wireshark in the guest shows TX packets, but no incoming packets.
- Wireshark in the host does not show any network traffic from/to the guest.
Setup
- VirtualBox v6.1.30 or v6.1.32
- Windows 10 20H2 host (updates installed of today)
- Ubuntu 21.04 guest or Windows 10 guest (updates + guest additions installed)
- VM Intel (R) i211 Gigabit Network connection (default)
- VM Bridge network
Reproducible testcase
- Make sure Ethernet works on the host and guest.
- Set computer in sleep mode.
- Wake computer.
- Network on host works.
- Network in guest broken: TX and RX failed according to WireShark logs.
Additional info
- Reproducible on AMD Ryzen 7/9 and Intel Core I7 laptops/desktops.
- Hyper-V on host not enabled.
- Disabling/enabling network in guest does not work.
- Ethernet cable disconnect/reconnect host does not work.
- Virtual Ethernet link down/up guest does not work.
- Set guest in paused mode before sleep/wake host does not work.
- Disconnect Ethernet before sleep/wake host does not work.
