New kernel for Fedora 34 breaks guests

Description
Setup:
- Fedora release 34 (Thirty Four)
- VirtualBox-6.1-6.1.34_150636_fedora33-2.x86_64.rpm
- no guest addons
Under kernel "5.17.9-100.fc34.x86_64" everything works fine. But after upgrade to "5.17.12-100.fc34.x86_64" guests are hit by random crashes.
For example:
- I'm unable to install windows 7 or 10 - random errors at different stages of installation
- Firefox@Kali - often crashes on startup
I know that Fedora 34 is no longer supported. This bug is mostly for archive purposes.
