Trying to run bluestacks in vbox - cant increase cpu cores inside my bluestacks

Description
vbox is running win 10 home
vbox is hyper v enabled in settings cpu is 6 and ram is 8000
I am unable to increase my CPU cores in msi app player ( a bluestacks emulator) using windows 10 both in host and inside my virtual box to run msi app player
when i enable hyper v settings from app and features settings in windows 10 i get an error your pc doesn't support hardware assisted virtualization.
