VM loses connection to Host

Description
After some time the guest OS (Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.819 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22636.1000.0) loses connection to the host OS (Windows 11 Enterprise 21H2 22000.1219). Keyboard and mouse are unresponsive, ACPI shutdown doesn't work either, although the guest os seems to work normally. The log (attached) reports several 'vmmDevHeartbeatFlatlinedTimer'
