Help doc comes up behind new VM dialog and can't be accessed

Description
1) start a new VM 2) in the "Create Virtual Machine" dlg, click the Help button - the help doc opens but you can't get to it!
Also, the "?" in the title bar does nothing useful, so I couldn't even use that as an alternate.
