3d Graphics with windows 10 as a guest

Description
Setup the guest with 3d graphics on. Windows 10 using the 22h2 iso image. Everything is fine until I installed the guest additions. Once installed, I could not resize the guest windows and eventually turned off 3d graphics setting. At this point I was able to resize the guest.
Host Mac running Ventura 13.1 Guest: Windows 10 22H2 8GB ram 64GB Disk 3d Graphics enabled Guest addition installed
