Please attach a VBox.log of the affected VM.

I am experiencing the same problem. When I try to start an Ubuntu 22.04 HyperV instance I have just created, I get at an error dialog with "Failed to start the virtual macine 'Ubuntu 22.04 LTS' because one of the Hyper-V components is not running" message. Checking in the Device Manager I see that Microsoft Hpyer-V Virtual Machine Bus Provider is reporting "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37) The request is not supported." I am attaching my log file named Windows10-2024-06-19-15-34-26.log.

If I can provide any additional information, or run any diagnostics, please let me know.

Thanks, Malcolm

I should add that my host OS is Linux Mint 21.3 and my guest OS is Windows 10 Pro.
