After updating to 7.0.4 r154605 Virtualbox Manager cannot connect to any VM

Description
Uninstalled/reinstalled several times. Installed guest additions on Host and VMs. Launching guest as Headless, Detachable or Normal makes no difference. VM's run in the preview window, but SHOW doesn't work to connect to the VM.
I've been using VirtualBox for many years without problems. No version of 7.0 has worked for me.

The problem was, I had a batch file loading 2 headless VM's on Windows Startup. This worked fine until 6.40. In 7.0.4 it needed a 30 second delay (timeout 30) and now everything is working fine.
