Bridged network sometimes stops

Description
Host Windows Server 2022 (never suspends) Network can work few weeks fine, than it stops, reconnecting doesn't help, only turn off/on or i found that changing any setting helps, for example i change Promiscuous mode to any value, after that network starts to work fine on running guest.
