virtualbox can not change linux guest MAC from guest

Description
virtualbox(bridge mode),under linux guest,ifconfig eth0 hw ether 00:11:22:33:44:55,no problem,but no network, and if ifconfig eth0 +promisc,have network.
i see, This is caused by linux packet_oherhost,
after ifconfig eth0 hw ether 00:11:22:33:44:55,linux kernel think MAC is 00:11:22:33:44:55,but VM considers that the MAC has not changed.
