Help can not be found (in several places)

Description
When using the file manager of Virtualbox 7.0.6 (the Kubuntu 23.04 version), help can not be found. When pressing the Help button, it's showed:
Failed to find the following help file: /usr/share/doc/virtualbox/UserManual.qhc
but it's
/usr/share/doc/virtualbox/UserManual.pdf
The same happens in the Configuration dialog, the Session Information dialog and possibly more places.
And thanks for Virtualbox! Keep up the good work!

Hi, How did you install VirtualBox? Through your distro's repo or did you download the official installation packages from www.virtualbox.org?
