Network slows significantly when upgrading from 6.1 to 7.0

Description

I'm running on a rack server cpu: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 network: Intel Corporation I350 Gigabit Network Connection driver: igb

When I upgrade to Virtualbox 7.0.10, network traffic between vms slows on the lan from about 100 MB/sec down to about 100 KB/sec. Downgrading back to 6.1 fixes this issue.

Trying on a desktop system, cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K network: Qualcomm Atheros Killer E2500 Gigabit Ethernet Controller

I don't see a difference after upgrade to 7.0

I'm attaching log files from the "failed" host and from the "succeeded" host.

I have noticed that in VirtualBox 7.0 running on windows 11 host, with Ubuntu 22.04 guest the network connection is over 10x slower than host.
