Windows To Go Upgrader keep freezing

This is not WTGU softwares fault, I already contact them and there's nothing they can do. So, I've tried to run Virtual Machine and tried to update my Windows directly on my USB, but it keeps freezing on me. When I click X to attempting to close the Virtual Machine, it tells me three options what software want me to do to. Like "Save the machine state", "Send the shutdown signal" and "Power off the machine". If I click "Cancel", Virtual Machine start respond again. And started to freeze in random period. Can you fix that bug?
