NAT Networks option need DHCP turning off and on to access internet in guest

Description
In General options after creating a NAT network, after giving name, IPv4 prefix and enabling DHCP without enabling IPv6 and port forwarding it works normally until a host shutdown. After shutdown, I've to disable DHCP -> Apply -> Enable DHCP -> Apply in order to get access to internet using that adapter.
