Machine in Host-only dont get ip

Hello i have a problem, when i create a VM for example OWASP and Kali both don't get IP in host only. Problem i think is virtual box or my pc.
Problem to Reproduce
- I open virtualbox
- I create owasp machine
- I create Virtual Network host only + i enable DHCP
- I set owasp to host only
- I start the machine and when give me screen to login where is written http:// don't exist ip after
I tried these stuff too
- Unistalling VBox and reinstall with Admin permission
- Delete owasp and all machine and reinstall
- Update network driver of my pc
I use Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview - Build 26058.ge_release.240209-1555
