Due to changes in Linux 6.9-rc1 by the commits e72c7c2b88666903f174a82cd5c4e0598601189f and 21d2e6737c9789aa9b23c8a4131cbca8260139fd, the kernel module does not compile anymore. The attached patch fixes the compile errors.

Edit: Seems like the first version of the patch included symlinks, current version is ok.
