ubuntu 24.04 seems to have no default host key installed

Description
The right ctrl button did not work for me, I had to reassign it first to right alt then to right ctrl and it worked, so I came to the conclusion that in fact the host key during installation is not actually right ctrl there, maybe there is something there different or actually empty
