VBox crash solutions don’t work

God day.
I am using version 6.1.50 for Linux.
My Windows 10 VM hadn't crashed until today.
I got this error: ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) aIID={4680b2de-8690-11e9-b83d-5719e53cf1de} aComponent=
Searching the forums, I found this solution:
VBoxManage setextradata "VM name" "VBoxInternal/RamPreAlloc" 1
However, the VM still won’t run. I’m attaching the new log I obtained.
