Auto resize guest display problem

Description
The automatic resizing of the guest screen does not work with Debian 12 (6.1.0-29) Wayland and a Windows 11 (23H2) VM. After the function is activated, the window flikers and permanently shrinks. The problem occurs in 7.1.4 and 7.1.5 r166618.
