Error while starting RHEL VM in VirtualBox

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1260P 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
HP Envy Laptop 17t-cr0000
VirtualBox GUI: Version 7.1.6 r167084 (Qt6.5.3)
I created a new RHEL 9.5 VM. However, I get an error when I start the VM to proceed with installing the Guest OS. I closed the VirtualBox, opened again and tried. Yet, the same error. Attached the screenshots. Please help resolve this issue.

Closing as per the reporter's request.
I referred to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FYREN6UPsM and executed the command
sc start vboxsup in cmd (Run as Admin). The VM in VirtualBox started installing. Hence, this is resolved.
